I am working closely with a European Oil refinery. They actually don't need any new clients but agreed to accommodate my customers. The client (preferably an end-Customer or a re-seller with a track history in oil products) is to issue a LOI. The refinery direct will do their DD and if the customer passes compliance, will issue an offer, specific on the requests of the customer.
Please let me know better the situation: Is your company the buyer/seller in oil products or are you sourcing or offering products for a buyer/seller?
What products are at the moment of interest or do you have an allocation of crude oil for sell?
