We at PowerOne, LLC, are Authorized Agents for an ARAMCO Authorized Lifter. The petroleum products we provide are REAL and direct from the supplier.

NOTE:
We will ONLY discuss particulars regarding this offer with either the ACTUAL BUYER or BUYER'S proven Authorized Representative, Agent or Mandate.

PRODUCT: RUSSIAN ORIGIN EXPORT JET FUEL KEROSENE COLONIAL PIPE LINE GRADE 54, as per specifications.

ORIGIN: Russia and/or Similar (Saudi or Kazakhstan)

QUANTITY: To be Specified by the Buyer in Barrels

QUALITY: Standard International Export

TERM: 12 Months with R&E

DESTINATION: FOB Rotterdam

PRICE: Fixed USD $44 gross / $43.5 net per barrel

PAYMENT TERMS: RDLC (Irrevocable, Non-Transferable, Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit) MT103.23 to pay for initial Shipment & Lifting

CARGO SURVEY: SGS Inspections

DELIVERY: According to contract terms


PAYMENT & BANKING PROCEDURES:

NOTE: Regarding SOFT PROBE; Seller's Bank will do a SRI (Simultaneous Release of Information, regarding partial POP) at bank to bank soft probe stage. Bank CONFIRMATION of the PARTIAL POP WILL COMPRISE of CERTIFICATE FROM THE BOARD to CONFIRM the PRODUCTION CYCLE and CERTIFICATE FROM JUSTICE DEPARTMENT THAT REFINERY PRODUCES THE JET FUEL

1. Buyer submits
a) NCND/IMFPA
b) ICPO with Bank coordinates and SOFT PROBE Authorization
c) Cert/Letter of incorporation or Certificate of Good standing.
d) Buyer profile/background.
e) Proof of principal's authority to sign.
f) Copy of principals passport.

2. Seller issue FCO and buyer accepts the same

3. Buyer /Seller sign and seal Contract.

4. Seller issues Partial POP - Bank to Bank within 5 banking days

5. Buyer issues Non operative Non transferable RDLC (confirmed) for tranches of monthly supply after buyer bank verification of partial POP.

6. Seller issues FULL POP and 2% PB - Bank to Bank - to activate RDLC.

7. Seller pays commission.
