We, Vietnam Steel Corporation (VSC), are a special classed, state – owned corporation operating in the fields of steel production and trade with the biggest scale in Vietnam, including state companies, join stock and join ventures companies. And, we are one of the big corporations approved by the Vietnam Government under the license No.59/LDTBXH-GP by Molisa since 1999 to implement the task of dispatching labour to work overseas.
