MAPSA, created in 1987, is today the largest producer of restructured food products in Spain.
We have two factories in Southern Spain, Seville and Málaga. They produce more than 5,000 tons of restructured products per year.
The Seville factory is exclusively dedicated to the production of Standard Pepper Paste for Olive Stuffings.
The Málaga factory manufactures the specialty olive stuffings.
MAPSA has recently added a new division in charge of commercializing packed stuffed olives.
