Appropriately he chose as the company's name and trademark the Armenian word for springtime.
Initially a small-scale manual operation, the dairy steadily improved its production methods by applying up to date science & technology.
Ara Baghdassarian, MBA and food quality expert grown in the family business, expanded the company operations.

KAROUN DAIRIES Inc. registered in New Brunswick now supplies Near Eastern cheeses produced in the traditional Middle Eastern way from first quality Canadian milk.
