Base Price: up 300 yuan/t
IV Wire Rod
Base Price: up 200 yuan/t for Xingcheng Special Steel, up 300 yuan/t for Qingdao Special Steel
V Steel Plate
Base Price: up 200 yuan/t
VI Steel Pipe
Base Price: unchanged for Daye Special Steel, up 100 yuan/t for Jingjiang Special Steel
VII Forged Steel
Base Price: up 100 yuan/t
