Product Details Biscuit Flour Mixer-750 Dough Capacity NEX Scientific Instrument Product Description: Specifications: The Sigma Arm Mixer is built to meet large capacity mixing requirement. With a 750Kg dough mixing capacity, it has become the first-choice mixer for large-scale production line. We have built the mixer with a lot more in mind. The Sigma Arm and shaft are built stronger with increased size to provide powerful mixing capability. Coupled with a higher capacity motor (60HP), the Sigma Arm Mixer has been regarded as the strongest of its kind in the industry. Standard Features 1. Tilt End Heavy duty hydraulic tilt mechanism for up to 120 degree forward as standard. 2. Drive End Single-End Drive System powered through rugged sprocket and chain drive provides substantial advantages over other mixers including stronger drives, shafts and bearings; greater bowl tilt flexibility; and a cleaner and more compact design. 3. Shaft Seals Uniquely designed shaft seals are sanitary and easy to remove. Other Features 1. Unibody design and construction for strength and stability, regardless of the load size or dough type. 2.
