It is a Private Ltd company with two share holders. Mrs Sanjida Sultana is the Chairman and Mr Mahmud Hasan is the Managing Director. They are educated in Australia. Mrs Sanjida is Masters in Internationa Relations. Mr Mahmud is honours graduate in Economics and MBA. They are both Australian citizens. They are in this business since 1993.
