Pakistan. Afghanistan and Tajikistan produce one of the best precious and semi-stones that are of international standard and quality. Our ruby is famous for its unique colour and clarity.
Unfortunately, due to the unfriendly terrain, mining is extremely difficult in these areas. To add to this misery, the area is surrounded by the war-zone.
Despite all these difficulties, our local miners put their life at risk and bring the best and rare stones from these areas for the international market. This could be the best export from our country but the unfavorable geographical and political conditions have made it impossible for this industry to nurture with its full potential.
We have cut and rough-cut ruby, topaz, Panjsher emeralds, top class pink and green tourmaline, black and watermelon tourmaline slices, green, white and pink tumble kunzite, Peridot, smoky quartz, Lapis Garnet, minerals specimen and many other stones from this region, in any shape, quantity and quality required.
