Once you have confirmed a seller's interest and they are RWA the following shall occur.
Buyer shall issue an LOI with a Bank endorsed ICPO, and upon mutual acceptance, a P.O Contract will be issued. SGS and site visit is recommended once paper is executed.
TTMs are possible once all paper work is drafted.
LOI: Letter of Interest
ICPO: Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order
BCL: Bank Comfort Letter, (also referred to as an RWA), or a form MT 799
PO: Purchase Order
RWA: Ready, willing and able
TTM: Table Top Meeting
SGS: is an Internationally recognized inspection company "Societe General de Surveillance"
MFA: Master Fee Agreement describing all intermediaries
Buyer & Seller typically allows points for the intermediaries, which are to be included into the final negotiated cost, with an MFA schedule outlining wiring information.
