Procedures
1) Seller fills out the questions on the Gold Seller KYC along with copies of Mining license, export license and seller/owner’s passport. 2) Bullion officer will work with the seller and mine owner to make sure they meet all Homeland Security requirements including the Patriot Act, before summitting it on the seller’s behalf. 3) Once the seller has cleared HLS, seller can choose a top 25 world bank for the seller and the refinery to use. The reason is then the refinery can just deposit the seller’s processes instead of wiring. 4) At the same time the bullion officer will setup a refinery account on behalf of the seller. 5) At this point the bullion officer will issue a full contract to the seller. No LOI or MOUs. To be clear bullion officers & banks can’t pay fees up front or it’s considered solicitation. 6) As a small setup/test run the seller will send up to 1 OZ of gold. 7) The 1 OZ of gold will be refined and paid out/deposited directly into seller account as a test run. We are regularly Selling: gold, gold dust, dore bars, iron ore. We are regularly Buying: gold dust, gold, dore bars, diamonds.
